Converting m4a (mp4) to Mp3 ?

How convert m4a or mp4 to mp3??? :twisted:

I can play, but I can´t edit the tags with Helium 2 :evil:
somebody know any tool to convert to mp3? :?:

Problem solved... :oops:

I convert using Nero Burning Room:

Extras -> Encode Files -> All types (*.*) -> convert to mp3.
(don´t use mp3pro (low quality) use normal mp3 enconding, 192/44)
